Sunny Bakshi

Sunny, the visionary CEO of After Studios brings to the table his expertise and a decade-long experience of working in the film industry. His familiarity of the nitty gritty of the industry by working closely in more than 100 films as a marketing and release strategist has helped increase business of the studio by acquiring new clients and fulfilling their requirements. His eye for good content and his evaluation skills are key for the studio to maximize its revenues. Sunny is truly a leader as he possesses strong business skills and the ability to understand the importance of employees’ happiness in the company.

Gagan Meshram

An inspirational team leader, Gagan founded the film production division at After Studios. He has over 12 years of experience in post-production operations, sales, and marketing across the Indian film industry. Over the course of his career, he has worked with nearly all banner and production houses in the Mumbai film industry as well as the reputed makers in the South film industry. He is now in-charge of the studio’s expansion and its growth across all business verticals.

Rajeev Rajasekharan

Rajeev Rajasekharan,the creator, innovator who can change any raw footage into magical live action for the audience. He comes with more than 25 plus years of experience in the field of Visual Effects and advertising. He started his career as 2D cell Animator from InfoWave Solution where he acquired knowledge of every aspect of CGI. Over the span of 25 years he has worked with different companies such has Media Ware, Minbimbangal Production, EFX Studios, Prana Studio, Reliance Media Work Ltd. Prime Focus Ltd and Redefine gradually moving towards Head of the department, VFX Supervisor.He has work in numerous projects like Housefull4, 3 Idiots, Good News, Rowdy Rathod, Antariksham, The Forgotten Army, Dabbang 3, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and many more. He is with us since December 2020 as Creative Head. Since he joined us, he has worked on several projects like Kondapolam, Dhindhora, Guilty Minds, Rudra, Dhamaka, BhoolBhulaiyaa2 and many more.
His excellent communication skills and creative inputs towards every project has helped him build a vast clientele over the years. His extensive knowledge will help Silvercloud Studios deliver quality projects and to scale.

Vijay Sukale

In his capacity as the Director, Vijay spearheads the operational planning and business strategy of the studio. He brings to the team his wealth of experience gained over more than twenty years in the entertainment industry by working on projects like films and commercials. As the person responsible for overseeing managers all managers within the company, he ensures that all the employees understand and work towards the company’s mission and policies. Vijay is the visionary decision maker who manages marketing, finances as well as employee relations.

Nikesh Chauhan

Nikesh is a seasoned professional in the entertainment and media industry. He leads the pack with his pleasant attitude and strong determination. His comprehensive knowledge and eighteen years’ worth of expertise in the fields of Accounts, Finance, Distribution, Advertising & Marketing gave a leg up to After Studios. In the past decade, Nikesh has served as an Executive Producer in more than 50 projects of Bollywood feature films, television shows, web series and documentaries.

Faiz Akhtar

Faiz is an extremely motivated team manager with a solid track record of working in Business Development and Sales in the Bollywood/feature film industry for 12 years. His solid grasp of the market, competition, trends and his potential to sell greatly visualized concepts in creative fields makes him an asset for the studio. His expertise in creative services such as animation, digital intermediate and visual effects process related to the film industry has helped After Studios acquire many clients.

Jeet Mehta

Jeet is an MBA aspirant and an enlightened strategist passionate about his work, sworn to provide the best service to the customers. With over a decade-long background in advertising, he has held a variety of positions in departments on client relationship, brand management, advertising management and project operations. Jeet’s understanding of the industry has made it possible for After Studios to successfully deliver in all its commercials.

Ranjith KR

Ranjit, a truly valiant Head of IT, with an experience of over fourteen years in the Entertainment and Media industry has played a pivotal role in the success of operations of After Studios. He has been instrumental in setting up and maintaining and managing IT and video infrastructure of the studio in India. His hold on the industry knowledge and trends in technology has helped him stay always ahead of the curve. His meticulous approach to ensure the smooth functioning and profitability of the business operations gives him an edge.

Rahul Sumra

Rahul, a bold studio manager at After Studios, has had a strong background experience of over nine years in the industry. This core member of the company has specialized in client servicing. In addition to interacting with and directing the technicians, his role also involves the maintenance of the studios and analysing the sales and business development of the studios.

Mukesh Shinde

Mukesh Shinde as a Senior Accountant takes ownership of reporting costs, productivity, margins, and expenditures for companies and organizations.

Mukesh has over 15+ of experience with hands-on accounting experience and an in-depth understanding of accounting principles and company practices.

Mukesh has Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance

Shruti Shah

Shruti Shah has a combined work experience of 20 Years and a Diploma in Software Engineering and Business Management. She has worked with multiple organisations ranging from different industries like Media & Entertainment, Plastic Manufacturing, Gem & Jewellery and Garments & Retail Industry. Her expertise lies in Resource Management, HR Operation, Policy implementation, Managing and Supporting multi‐cultural and multi‐location leadership teams and business and working closely with the Senior Management and Board of Directors of the company.

As a HR professional her core competencies include Talent Acquisition, Performance Management System and Resource Management. Her past work also includes companies like Prime Focus Limited, SSF Plastics India, Neterwala group, Sezal Group, Firestone International and Span Apparels.

Shruti has joined our team as an Associate Vice President and will lead the HR team and it’s be initiatives for the studio. Her experience and knowledge will help the employees set new benchmarks in the industry and will lead by example.

Haseeb Tankiwala

From a young management trainee to the Head of Human Resources in a span of just nine years, Haseeb has grown to be a self-driven and resourceful professional. In After Studios, he oversees the organization’s human capital needs across multiple divisions and locations.

Haseeb is the solution provider everyone can turn to when in need. He strives to help the studio achieve its business goals and realize the corporate vision. He understands the importance of a lively work environment and ensure that hires the right people for the right job with the right mindsets.

With an emphasis on collaborative management, Haseeb focuses on building productive relationships with all the stakeholders to ensure delivering results-oriented solutions. His management style and leadership values has led to a major transformation in After Studios.

Robert Lang

Rob has a colour grading experience of over twenty years. He graded his first full length DI in 2001 and since then he has been unstoppable. With a major part of his work being published in the European and Asian markets, he has extensively contributed on a number of digital intermediates, commercials, restoration projects and TV series both on OTT platforms as well as the traditional broadcasting. He is a professional member of The Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) and Colorist Society International (CSI).

In the beginning of his career itself, Rob got the opportunity to work with the renowned Finnish filmmaker Aki Kaurismaki on ‘The Man Without A Past’, which went on to become Finland’s first Oscar nominated feature films. Over his career of two decades, Rob has collaborated with eminent cinematographers and artists including Oscar winning Bosnian director – Danis Tanović, Santosh Sivan ASC, Guillermo Navarro ASC, Marc Koninckx AFC and the late Ashok Mehta ISC.

Along with colour grading, Rob also supervises the colour pipeline development at After Studios. Since his arrival in India in 2006, he has tinkered around with everything from camera R&D to maintaining DI suite calibration. He has played a pivotal role in implementing best practices in Stereoscopic 3D, ACES, HDR, DolbyVision pipelines, remote grading and QC in all departments.

Christian Leiva

Christian started his career as a digital film restoration artist and D.I.T. responsible for live grading on set for various TV commercials and films. He is a collaborative member of ADF Argentina (Association of Directors of Photography of Argentina).

Christian has been working professionally as a colourist for the past 16 years now. He has graded more than forty films including the Bollywood movies Yaara (T. Dhulia), Looop Lapeta (Aakash Bhatia) and Dhaakad (Razy Ghay). At After Studios, he has been working as a colourist for commercials, music videos, feature films, and OTTs.

Christian’s expertise as a colourist has made collaboration with clients like Motorola, Nokia, VIVO, Samsung, HP, Lenovo, JBL, Spotify, Netflix, Amazon, Old Spice, Royal Stag, Volkswagen, Kia and Levi’s possible for After Studios.

Andres Delgado

Starting his career as an online and offline editor in 2005, Andrés collaborated with eminent directors and cinematographers from all over the world. This opportunity for him to share his work with some of the greatest artists helped him master the art of light and colour in his storytelling process. With this newfound love, he delved into the world of colour correction empirically in 2010. Later, in 2015, he went on to study at EICTV to learn more and hone his acquired skills.

A zealous and devoted attitude along with his ability to comprehend the project’s needs accurately helps him connect easily with any director. Known for his smooth sessions accompanied by his great taste in music, he is one of the most in-demand colourists at After Studios. It is Andrés’ personal belief to deliver unique results in each project, hence, he regards image capture as very critical and demanding aspect of his work. His exceptional work ethic along with his openness to explore new aesthetics has everyone impressed.

Andrés joined After Studios in 2019. In his short time with the studio, he has worked on several projects, including long format, web series, music videos, short films, documentaries and TVCs. His extensive portfolio includes brands such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Mercedes Benz, Pepsi, Skoda, Toyota, and Hyundai to name a few. Some of his notable work in our studio has been in collaboration with directors and cinematographers like Anil Mehta, Olivier Venturini, Shimit Amin, Barat Sikha, Punit Malhotra, Tim Gibbs, Zak Mulligan, among others.

Vaibhav Shette

Vaibhav has an experience of over 8 years in the Advertising and OTT industry. During his advertising career, he has collaborated with big brands such as Sony Music, Zee Music, Amazon, Flipkart, Hyundai Creta, Tissort Mahindra SUV300.

Vaibhav’s contribution as a colourist in projects like Murder in Agonda, Unpaused S2, Never kiss your BF S2, The Interns S2, Aryan & Meera, Bhaukaal, Engineering Girls S2 has helped the content reach new heights. His exceptional work in OTT has helped platforms like Zee5, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ Hotstar, Sony Liv, MX Player and AltBalaji gratify their audience base through their content.

Edgar Reyna

Edgar brings to the table his extensive knowledge and expertise of working in motion pictures, commercials, TV Series, video clips, and documentaries. He is not just a serious workaholic but also a fun colleague for everyone in the office. His passion for playing his guitar, his fondness for music and art makes him a complete artist.

Edgar’s work ethic has helped After Studios acquire many new clients. He is currently working on advertisement projects, the Punjabi feature film Dakaun Da Munda 2, the web series Kisko Tha Pata (Emmay Entertainment) and The Aam Aadmi Family S4 (Benaras Media Works).

Renato Salazar

Renato’s extensive experience of over seven years as a Digital Colourist and Cinematographer has added a fresh perspective to the colourists’ table at After Studios. In his career span, he has never shied away from trying new techniques. His love for experimenting with content editing techniques has made all his commercials and music video projects stand out in others. His work ethic of always having fun whilst working has also helped keep the work culture at After Studios very light helping the creative juices flow.

Renato’s unique approach towards every project has helped After Studios collaborate with big brands like Huawei, Philadelphia, Oreo, Sprite, Claro, Brahma, Mercado Libre, Corona, Ritz, Coca Cola, Reebok and many more.

Yash Tendulkar

Yash Tendulkar, has 4 years experience as a Digital Colorist working on Commercials, Documentaries, Feature Films and music videos. He has Assisted several renowned Indian as well foreign Colorist on DaVinci Reslove and Baselight. He loves experimenting, testing new techniques and looking for a special approach on every project.

His portfolio includes brands like Hyundai, Hero, Westside, BMW, HUL and many more. Lately, he has been involved in the grade of the blockbuster feature films Looop Lapeta (2022. Dir: Aakash Bhatia) and Upcoming Dhaakad (2022 dir: Razy.) Chup (2022 Dir: R. Balki)
